Alter Home is one of my favorite stores, I think it is a great place with nice selection of furniture and excellent customer service. Anyone reading this review please be very careful when doing business with Alter Home Consignment. I had a terrible experience where I purchased an item and on the day the merchandise was delivered, the mover demanded that I pay more. When I called to complain, the store manager and sales person were very rude, unapologetic, and they too insisted that I pay more!
